Bec Whitley
After the best part of a decade as a teacher and then five years as a stay at home mum to her two beautiful children, Bec decided it was time to try something new. She has always been passionate about property and recently, when selling and buying her own homes, her passion was ignited again and she decided it was the perfect time to pursue a career in real estate.

Sam Walmsley

Sam began his real estate career in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Property Degree at Auckland University. He loves the theatre and excitement of auction and the fact that when his hammer comes down ownership changes and the sale is final.He has an ability to read the crowd and create an auction room environment which is inclusive, exciting and encouraging. Catherine Curley
Catherine was born & raised in the UK and moved to Auckland in 1999 and has been on the North Shore ever since. She started her Real Estate career in 2014 as a Personal Assistant to one of the top agents at Bayleys Real Estate, where she gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry. Loving the idea of growing her own business, Catherine started her own Personal Training business but kept her foot in the door working at Harcourts Cooper & Co Albany. Realising that Real Estate was her true passion, Catherine moved to the finance team to gain a better understanding of how the business worked. At the beginning of July 2019, she decided to take the next step in her career and joined the Birkenhead team as the Administration Coordinator. Catherine brings strong organisational skills, a positive & can-do attitude and great people skills.
